Currently, you can deliver the goods the following services:

1) Geis parcels up to 30 kg - Delivery within 2 day of departure. The carrier will come to you wherever you want. Advance to learn about it through SMS or e-mail. Maximum weight up to 30 kg.
The price of this service is 160 CZK

2) DPD - Delivery within 2 day of departure. The carrier will come to you wherever you want. Advance to learn about it through SMS or e-mail. Maximum weight: 31,5 kg. Maximum dimensions: length of one side up to 175 cm. Circumferential length to 300 cm (l + 2w + 2h).
The price of this service starts at 150 CZK

3) Uloženka and DPD CZ and SK - We ordered goods can be picked up at the distribution points also Ulozenka.cz over 400 outlets. If you do not find a place in the delivery order, so it simply type the note in the basket. Maximum weight: 20 kg. Maximum dimensions: length of one side up to 175 cm. Circumferential length to 300 centimeters (l + 2w + 2h).

4) DPD Slovakia - Delivery within 2 day of departure. The carrier will come to you wherever you want. Advance to learn about it through SMS or e-mail. Maximum weight: up to 31.5 kg. Maximum dimensions: length of one side up to 175 cm. Circumferential length to 300 centimeters (l + 2w + 2h)

After the agreement can collect the goods personally and our business address.

Ordered goods are usually shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order (if is in the stock). Goods that are not placed in stock are shipped usually within 10-14 days. If it happened that goods can not be sent for some reason, it is that the customer is also informed to the contact e-mail address. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail message, contact our customer support.

The order can be canceled without any reason and any penalties before shipment! The operator may cancel the order if the goods are not currently available. The cancellation of the order to the operator will inform and propose solutions.

Payment Terms

Currently, you can use two payment options:

1) Cash on delivery - the buyer pays when receiving goods from the shipping company or dispensaries carrier Ulozenka.cz

2) Bank transfer - the buyer pays the transfer of a sum of money to the account of the seller. In this election, as part of the order confirmation sent payment call. All merchandise is delivered with an invoice, which can serve as an invoice.
